#asktheexperts my Brest milk supply is low ,what to do??

A. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain water, papaya, ghee and butter, assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. tc

A. Indeed, if your supply of breast milk is inadequate, formula milk may be a good substitute. It's crucial to speak with your paediatrician to select a formula that satisfies your child's dietary requirements.Yes you can start Dexolac Stage 1 formula milk but i suggest you along the formula keep trying breastfeeding also.

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
