ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom some individuals their metabolism is such that they don’t gain weight that very easily . But if he is. Been active for his age then not to worry about it . Give him good protein foods such as dals , legumes like channa, rajma etc , eggs , dry fruits and nuts , soya , etc
