Hi mom what is the height and weight of ur kid ..?? give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee, dry fruits, paneer, egg,rice ,potatoes, banana shake,sweet potato, avoacdo etc in diet for weight gain .. for height increase indulge ur child in some physical activity like hanging, stretching,swimming, playing outdoor games like basket ball ,cycling etc
