Yes you can give watermelon but only on room temperature and that is the most important thing that you need to be focusing upon also along with that I would recommend you that please take care of your child for adenoid currently and if you suffer more with the child in the final option to deal with adenoids is just a basic surgery which is completely normal and safe to be done
