#asktheexperts my babyboy was 2yrs old now,nd his weight was 12.9 kg ....from 6 months onwards no increase in his weight....

khyati patelMom of a 5 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. If we see according to WHO standards the weight of your baby is perfect as per his age but since you are saying that his weight has not increased in the last 6 months then I think one physical visit to the pediatrician would e a better solution.

Hi Weight of your child as per the age of your child is very good but yes it’s a matter of concern if the child has not gained any weight in last six months obviously there is some issue with the body it’s not like baby is able to digest the food or there is some another issue which is why I would advise you to get a check with your paediatrician ones

khyati patelMom of a 5 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Now your baby is 2 years old already means now he will gain weight upto 1 or 2 kg each year now there won't be any weight gain monthly so that's ok it there is no weight gain in 6 months, atleast there should be no weight loss
