Skin is getting darker due to the hormonal changes which are seen till 8-9 months after birth. so no need to worry.
after that u will see the real colour of the baby.
Skin complexion is genetic.
also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
