Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi mom. skin colour is hereditary which cannot be changed with any ointment or oil. the baby skin colour will be exactly known by six months of age. is the baby's skin is getting tanned because of exposure to sunlight then definitely you can use a sunscreen.
