ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. dear mum, in the first month, babies lose weight which they regain in 15 days. thereafter baby shud gain at least 500 gms of weight per month on an average. so, do not worry if baby has gained only 300 gms of weight in 24 days.
