#asktheexperts my baby was born at 31weeks on 4th may..she is not holding her head and neck yet…is this normal?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. neck holding of the child should be present by 4 months to maximum 5 months of age. regular massage of the back as well as the neck will help in strengthenifng the muscles of this area. if neck holding and head holding is not proper by the end of 5 monfths it is important to meet the doctor for examination to find the cause of delayed milestones
