#asktheexperts my baby wakes up multiple times in the night and also wakes up by 5am for the day. How can o make her sleep through the night for longer stretches . She is 6 months old

Slowly over the period the child is going to pick up on our schedule that you want to set up but right now you’ll have to adjust with the schedule of your child and kids do wake up in the night to take towards the feed because I don’t eat very well so you’ll have to adjust to the schedule of your child currently
