Mam you should first visit an ENT doctor because they have an expertise in the area let them check and figure out what’s the problem maybe it is only associated with ear infection which is why all these things are happening so just consult your doctor for that and if your child is having loose motions or anything apart from stomach pain then get a stooltest done for your child
