Your baby has got rashes so please get a diaper rash cream and apply on the redness whenever you can baby diaper/nappy....my 1 month old daughter also had rashes and I used Himalaya Diaper Rash Cream every time I changed her diaper and all her rashes were gone in a day or 2....use diaper cream if you are using diaper for your child....also make sure that you are changing diaper frequently....I hope this helps you...

if yes then please stop using it .
prefer loose fitting Cotton nappies like Babyhug brand nappies for your child.
apply Coconut oil on this part.
keep that area clean.
