#asktheexperts My baby keeps crying although he has been fed and his belly is full. He is 45 days old, 3.65kgs. He also keeps vomiting and it feels like there is some sort of cough stuck in his throat as he keeps making a noise which sounds like that.

A. it is common in babies It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
