POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Some toddlers scream whenever they want a parent's attention. It's their way of saying, "Hey, look at me." Others scream when they want something they can't have. ... And sometimes your toddler's volume is turned way up not to annoy you, but just because of that wonderful toddler exuberance.
