Yes reflux action could be a major reason , also observe in case no over feeding should be done either,
while feeding keep the baby head a little elevated with help of your palm for easy flow and later after feeding you could help him get burp and keep him in upright position for some time

Sometimes taking in too much milk too quickly can pause this issue. Lying flat immediately after a feed also can trigger the problem. Keep the baby in upright position for 20 to 30 minutes after each feeding. Burping is very important. Use Babyhug tummy roll on for your baby in such situations
