Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some guinfection also which needs proper examination.u
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi dear Many newborns develop a blotchy red skin reaction called erythema toxicum, which can appear between 2 days and 2 weeks after birth. Flat, red patches or small bumps often first appear on the face and spread to the body and limbs. The rash is harmless, not contagious, and will clear after a few days or a week.
