Me time tantrums in kids are a common completely normal part of development as toddlers begin expressing their independence, experiencing natural fluctuations and appetite, testing boundaries. Their growth threat, slow down compare to the first year, which means their appetite will naturally decrease as well. Do not force feed. Keep consistent times for me and snacks. Minimise distractions while eating and keep the portions small.
