#AsktheExperts my baby is premature.. and now 3 months old ..can u please tell me when can I start water and solid food from.. ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. your baby boy is 3 month old, No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand . Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life.
