#asktheexperts my baby is of 3m and 14days. I will start work from December when she will be of 5m and 10days.. how can I manage on feeding as she is exclusively breastfeeding.. whats are other safer options..?when to start to train her on other available options. ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. you can take care of babies nutrition requirements and continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete, with little motivation from your side.
breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back continue night feeds
while at work caregiver can feed expressed breast milk to your child with preferably katori and spoon.
