#asktheexperts My baby is not getting enough breast milk, please suggest me some tips to increase milk supply. I already tried medicines mentioned in attachment.

sorry but not getting the attached pic.
but mam,as breastfeeding mainly works on demand and supply,I would suggest to offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
avoid taking stress as it can reduce your breastmilk supply.
also make sure that your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
