I am not getting enough milk for my 10 months old baby. How can I increase the breast milk supply.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables fruits and dairy products in diet… Take care
