RashmiMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl6 days agoA. Along with all the family foods please make sure that you’re giving good proteins in the diet you can give egg yellow chicken and fish and all kind of vegetarian protein plus you can always give healthy and fats in the diet which will be very healthy
