ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 day agoA. What is the age of the child? And it’s ok if the child is not eating eggs and non veg you can give vegetarian diet and look for options which have good protein but don’t forcefully feed the child non veg food

Lot of kids don’t like to eat non-veg and egg which is completely fine so you can stick to more of vegetarian protein also you haven’t stated the age of the child I would just say that if your child doesn’t like nonveg prefer giving proper vegetarian proteins to the child
