I think your child is not eating that is why the weight is not increasing though the weight for the age of the child is good enough it’s not a problem but if the child is not eating and if you’re open to the Idea please add salt and spices in the food to develop proper flavour as I have given it as per my recommendation and never faced a problem so on that basis if you want you also can start with it
