Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl5 months agoA. hi how old your child is ? look ,such problem can be there due to monotony of food items , lack of physical activities , over intake of milk , health issue like indigestion,constipation, mouth ulcers or common flu infection
