Q.
#asktheexperts my baby is not able to latch properly n also I m facing low milk supply for breastfeeding. I m eating every necessary thing to increase milk but it's not working I guess, wht should I do? on doctors recommendation I m giving formula milk to my baby due to which I think her weight is not increasing.... please help

Squeeze your nipple frequently
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
