A. Drooling or excessive saliva is mostly a sign of teething process which can begin soon. During this time, babies feel lot of irritation in the gums and start resisting feed. You can massage the gums with clean finger or cotton cloth and give a chilled teether to chew on as it will help in reducing the drooling. Feed normally.
