Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridgec of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initialfly you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

Squeeze your nipple frequently
Give BM from both side
Give adequate feeding
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
