#asktheexperts My baby is having the dry cough from 2 weeks and from past 2 days its more..... please suggest me some remedy even we r putting drops to him but of no use.

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hellonif the cough is increasing yoi must get him evaluated. but avoid the allergen if any around. also steam inhalation can be done at home. give him warm liquids to drink.

A. you can also.apply mamaearth breathe rub. it helps.in dry cough and cold.

Use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Give adequate feeding
Apply eucalyptus oil on baby’s pillow
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
