Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi please give plenty of breastfeeds to your child. it will help to keep your child hydrated . give massage with warm coconut oil and Tulsi leaves on chest and back of your child. keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping. give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
