#asktheexperts my baby is having hard time while pooping. What could I do to help her?

A. She must be suffering from constipation. Give her lots of water and other fluids to drink like coconut water and fresh fruit juices. Apple Juice or prune juice given daily can help her with this problem. Give her more fibrous foods.
