AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello mama that means ur baby is dehydrated. breastfeed more often to keep ur baby hydrated as breastfeed has sufficient water. if the urine passed during the day is yellow and smell comes then consult ur doctor
