Hi, you may start giving semi-solids to the baby like fruit Puree, vegetable Puree, vegetable and dal soups, cerelac, rice porridge, roti dipped in dal etc. Intially replace one feed with solids, then slowly after some days replace other feeds with solids. After 1-2 month baby can have 3 meals a day.
Give a few spoon of water after every meal.
