#asktheexperts my baby is a year 8 months old. I am planning to stop breastfeeding. kindly advise how I can do the same. Also can I give country delight cow milk instead of mothers milk

A. You have to introduce complimentary feeding to the child more of that feeding and slowly you can reduce on your breastfeeding that’s actually the correct pattern for you to follow and animal milk cannot be given under the age of one year so you can start giving formula to the child as of now if you want other than the breastfeeding
