Who said that? You can breastfeed your baby while trying for second one. Don't worry . infact you can breastfeed once you conceived if you want to.
Continue breastfeeding till you want. Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
