Hello mom the baby can be given a mix of liquids , semi solids and solid consistency foods so vegetable soups , steamed vegetables, channa , rajma , egg yolk , sago , panner , rice , roti , oats , kichidi , millets like ragi porridge, seasonal fresh fruits which are locally available as well
