Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
food should be soft, well cooked, give few sips of water after meals

You can gradually start giving your baby all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family in mashed form. Give 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeedIng. Give easily digestible homemade foods and keep hydrated. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
