#asktheexperts My baby is 7m old and sleeps only for a maximum of 2 1/2 hrs at a time, sometimes only 1hr. Nothing seems to work

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry justiu give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
