Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You can start giving the baby mashed bananas. A small banana per day is ideal. Initially start by feeding 2 tsp of mashed banana. It has a high fibre content. It is loaded with nutrients like potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin and Vitamin B6. It helps in strengthening the bones. It helps in developing brain and improves memory. It prevents brain damage. It improves eyesight.
