#asktheexperts why it is important to give bananas to kids what can be a bananas substitute food for calcium needs of kids

A. hi...Include milk and milk products such as paneer, cheese, curd, yoghurt as these are ric source of calcium. other sources of calcium include vegetables such as sweet potatoes, lady finger, spinach, beans. Pulses , kidney beans, chick peas. Cereals such as ragi, brown rice. Eggs , nuts.
