AnishkaMom of 2 children1 day agoA. At seven months, you have to generally wants to offer solid Food 2-3 times a day alongside the usual milk feeds about 4 to 5 times a day start small with a couple of tablespoon per meal keeping milk as their main source of nutrition!!!👶👶👶👼👼👼👩🍼👨🍼.

Best is if you can manage to give it three times in the day that is the minimal amount of meals that should be offered to the child from the beginning itself so please focus on proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner because that’s something which is very important to be given
