#asktheexperts my baby is 7 month now how many times per day should I give solids ..what to give .. kindly suggest

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 day agoA. Hello good morning !! For 7 months old twice a day semi solid foods should be given. Cerelac,fruit and vegetable purie/mash,kichdi porridges are suggested to feed after checking the suitability. Rest of the day mother's milk or formula milk should be given for every 2-3 hours.
