my baby is 7 month's old, I have started giving solids to her.can I give her dates?? some said yes,some said no... please kindly reply.

Hello,my advice is you should not give dates to such a little baby and when your baby will turn eight months old then you can start giving dates to your baby till then it's better not to give it as it's bit difficult for baby to digest it such a little age.
