#asktheexperts my baby is 7 months old .. he is not showing interest in solid even if I keep he is spitting it out ..need suggestions how to go forward and recipes

It is always advisable to give one new food at a time, preferably in the morning to check the suitability and for better digestion. Try changing the menu and introduced new foods.
