Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question know that your child is 7 months old you can start to give her two meals a day is make sure you're giving a variety of fruits and vegetables you can always start with match the national and that introducing different vegetables like to the potato sweet potatoes and a lot more if keep experimenting just make sure you keep a gap of 3 days between any two new ingredients
