Most rashes clear up without any problem. Give short lukewarm baths and use a mild soap with low pH value and the soap should be made of natural ingredients and should be hypoallergenic and unscented.
Check out #Babyhug Daily Rich Moisturising Milk Soap - 75 gm : It is made of natural ingredients. It gently cleanses and moisturises baby's delicate skin. It contains milk protein, aloe Vera and wheat germ oil that nourishes, moisturises and prevents the risk of dryness after the wash. It is mild and free from parabens, phthalate, animal fat and alcohol.
Use fragrance free laundry detergent designed for sensitive skin to wash your baby's clothes. Use a thick cream or ointment as a moisturizer twice a day. In my elder daughter's case, we used Atogla lotion or Dermadew aloe Vera lotion which really helped. But please consult with your doctor before using these.
