Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Drooling is common when babies undergo teething. It is also a sign of their readiness to chew and eat and start with their baby language. While babies drool they are more likely to develop rashes. Daily wipe the baby chin and area around mouth, cheeks and neck with warm water using a soft cotton cloth twice. If the rash looks very reddish, cracked and painful please consult your pediatrician. Otherwise if it's mild apply little coconut oil(pure one). This will ease the irritation and suppress further infection
