RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Apply Calamine lotion on to the area where you can see pimples it will suit the excessive oil and the pimples are going to settle down within sometime so just applied for about 5 to 6 days and see if you get good results 2 to 3 times in a day
