So more and more your baby sucks or tries to feed ur milk supply will increase. Garlic or Garlic milk, fenugreek seeds, nuts, oats, green leafy vegetables, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, pumpkin, pulses. Including these in your daily diet can increase milk supply. Also check with your gynecologist and get some supplement like galact granules prescribed. It can also increase breastmilk. Don't leave long gaps between feeds, frequent pumping will increase milk. But still if it not sufficient you can start with formula milk after consulting with your doctor. Formula is prescribed based on the baby's weight and growth levels. And every baby is different. Also different brands come with different composition to meet the varied needs of babies. So you should consult your pediatrician and get the right formula prescribed for your baby.
