ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear ma’am, make sure your baby is latched well and not holding the nipples while feeding. Also feed one breast for one feed completely and if the baby is still hungry then offer the second breast. Do not time the feeding. Allow the baby to feed as long as he/she wants at breast. After direct feeding, you can also express and feed your milk. Above all, please get hands on help from a certified lactation consultant
